RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY

Requests for exchange must be made within 7 days of receiving your order via email to fiveyardfade@gmail.com

Returns will only be accepted if items are returned unworn, with the original packaging and in the condition that they were received and can only be exchanged or for an online store credit.

Please note that we are unable to offer returns or exchanges on sale items, unless an item is faulty.

We do not offer returns or exchange on headwear.

For peace of mind we recommend that you send your returns back via a trackable method. Contact us via fiveyardfade@gmail.com for shipping address and arrangements.

SHIPPING ANS COST OF RETURNED ITEMS

Five Yard Fade aim to ship items within 1-5 business days from the date of purchase.

All other shipping costs associated with the returns or exchange of items is considered the responsibility of the customer.
